'RiverBloom started with a vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family opened our small, familial pizzeria in 1985, building upon generations of traditional recipes.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the pizza craft in her Italian journey, especially in Naples - where pizza originated. Coming back to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, with her learning from Naples' finest pizza masters and top-quality materials.
Our humble 12-seat venue has now become a cherished community fixture, and we've stayed true to our roots of superior craftsmanship. Daily fresh dough and pristine ingredients, alongside our classic wood-fired oven techniques, remain our standard.
'RiverBloom is still in the caring hands of the Rossi lineage, with a fresh generation at the helm, continuing to lead a dedicated crew. Even as we've welcomed new techniques, the core of our restaurant holds firm: crafting delectable, genuine pizzas that unite diners.
